Santa Barbara Aquatics is a full-service dive shop and swim school based in Santa Barbara, California. We're passionate about the ocean, and we're always looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable people to join our crew. Whether you're a certified PADI instructor, an experienced retail specialist, or a dedicated swim coach, we'd love to hear from you.

Open Positions

• Scuba Sales Associate — Help customers find the right dive gear from top brands including Shearwater, ScubaPro, Mares, Cressi, and more. Prior diving experience preferred.
• PADI Scuba Instructor — Teach PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and specialty courses. Active PADI certification required.
• Freediving Instructor — Share your passion for breath-hold diving and help students explore the sport safely and confidently.
• Swim Instructor — Work with our Santa Barbara swim school to teach swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
